EVERY YEAR OUR STUDENT MINISTRY GATHERS TOGETHER ON ONE WEEKEND FOR OUR DISCIPLE NOW WEEKEND. WE ARE SO EXCITED FOR OUR 2024 D-NOW! DISCIPLE NOW IS AN EVENT WHERE STUDENTS CAN UNPLUG FROM THEIR DAILY LIVES AND PLUG INTO JESUS FOR AN EXCITING AND REFRESHING WEEKEND. WE HOPE THAT, AMONG OTHER THINGS, YOUR STUDENT WILL COME TO KNOW JESUS THROUGH THIS EXPERIENCE AND GROW CLOSER TO HIM.
Shaun Pillay
This year, we will have Shaun Pillay from Olive Baptist in Pensacola, FL, where he serves as the Minister of Evangelism and Discipleship. He and his wife, Deshni, were born and raised in South Africa. Shaun has a deep passion for church planting and later served as church plant catalyst for the North American Mission Board (NAMB), extensively serving the northeast states for seven years.

Exaltation
Leading our worship Exaltation, the worship band from Union University in Jackson. They are a worship team dedicated to glorifying Jesus Christ through Scripture and song.

D-NOW will be March 1st-2nd, 2024, hosted by First Baptist Church, Lexington (50 Stanford Ave. Lexington).
All payments can be turned in or mailed to the church office or paid online through the “Register Here” button.
*For groups that pre-register, we will include three meals, a Student Book, a Follow-Up Devotional, and a themed T-shirt.*
