Dr. Carlos De Freitas: Students Pastor
The master of youth group shenanigans and professional pizza party planner. With a heart full of faith and a mind full of pop culture references, he’s here to shepherd the flock through sermons that'll make you say 'Amen' and dance moves that'll make you say “What did I just witness?”
Carlos is responsible for students in 6th through 12th grades and their families. Carlos’ battle cry to students is, “Don’t be hearers of the Word—Be doers of the Word.”
He has a bachelor’s degree in International Business from IESB in Brasilia, Brazil; a Master of Divinity from Mid America Baptist Theological Seminary; and a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership at Liberty University. Carlos has served in several churches throughout Arkansas, Ohio, and Georgia.

The holy roller skating through the halls, spreading laughter and wisdom like confetti. With a divine knack for capturing attention and a black belt in emoji interpretation, she's here to guide our students through the spiritual journey, one giggle at a time, with a little holy mischief!

From juggling schedules to performing miracles with the office coffee machine, She is here to ensure our spiritual endeavors run smoother than holy water on a slip 'n slide. Don't be fooled by the title, this assistant is a heavenly force to be reckoned with!

Gracie McEarl: Student Worship Band leader & Youth Girls Intern.
The team's resident sunshine dispenser and master of caffeinated chaos. She's got a degree in coffee spills and an unwavering dedication to making Mondays feel like Fridays. With a holy sense of humor and an uncanny ability to relate to pre-teens, they're here to bring heavenly laughter to the hallways!
